Based on the official BPSC notice for the 2026 (Advt 15/2026) cycle (source). Last checked 17 Oct 2026. The advert and the OTR user manual print the signature size as 150 to 220 px wide and 250 to 320 px high. The OTR portal's own upload instructions say the opposite (250 to 320 px wide, 150 to 220 px high), which is the normal landscape shape, so this tool follows the portal. It also aims for under 15 KB, because the portal's built-in limit may be lower than the advert's 20 KB. Rules can change between cycles, so match these against the notification for your exam before you submit.

Portals also check things a resizer can’t fix: a blurred or old photo, a face that is too small, caps or dark glasses, a coloured background, or a signature in capital letters. Retake the image if any of these apply.
