NEET PG photo and signature resizer

Make your photograph, signature, left thumb impression fit the NEET PG (NBEMS) form rules. Pick an image, adjust the crop, and download a file that's already within the limits.

🔒 Runs in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded.

There is also a live photo. NBEMS also takes your photo live with your webcam or phone camera inside the form, and it should match the photo you upload. Sit facing a window or lamp against a plain wall, with no cap, mask or spectacles.

Based on the official NBEMS notice for the 2025 cycle (source). Last checked 19 Oct 2026. From the image upload instructions in the NEET-PG 2025 information bulletin; we couldn't find a 2026 bulletin on the NBEMS site. For the signature the bulletin says 20 to 100 KB when photographed and under 80 KB when scanned, so the tool aims for 20 to 79 KB, which meets both. 'Less than 80 KB' limits are made 79 KB or less. Rules can change between cycles, so match these against the notification for your exam before you submit.

How to resize for NEET PG

  1. Take a clear, recent photo against a plain light background. A phone camera in daylight is fine.
  2. Sign on plain white paper with the pen colour your notification asks for (usually black). Photograph it from directly above in good light.
  3. Choose each image above. Drag and zoom so it fills the frame.
  4. Check the size shown under the preview, then tap Download JPG and upload that file on the NBEMS portal.

What to know before you apply for NEET PG

NEET PG is the entrance exam for MD, MS and PG diploma seats, run by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).

NBEMS checks the images closely and rejects applications whose images don't follow the rules unless they're fixed in the edit window. Its bulletin shows examples of rejected photos: black and white, cropped, blurred from enlarging a small photo, glare on spectacles, and selfies.

There are two photos: a live one from your webcam during the form, and an uploaded one taken in the last three months. If they look very different the application is rejected, so it helps to take both on the same day.

Questions people ask

What photo size does NEET PG accept?

Up to 80 KB, as a JPG, based on the 2025 notification.

What signature size does NEET PG accept?

20 to 100 KB, 3.5 × 1.5 cm. Sign on plain white paper in the ink colour the notification asks for (usually black), then photograph or scan it.

Why was my upload rejected even though the size was right?

Portals also check things a resizer can’t fix: a blurred or old photo, a face that is too small, caps or dark glasses, a coloured background, or a signature in capital letters. Retake the image if any of these apply.

Is it safe to use this tool?

Yes. Your image is processed inside your browser and is never sent to any server. You can even switch off mobile data after the page loads and it still works.
