How to resize for RSSB
- Take a clear, recent photo against a plain light background. A phone camera in daylight is fine.
- Sign on plain white paper with the pen colour your notification asks for (usually black). Photograph it from directly above in good light.
- Choose each image above. Drag and zoom so it fills the frame.
- Check the size shown under the preview, then tap Download JPG and upload that file on the RSSB portal.
What to know before you apply for RSSB
RSSB, earlier called RSMSSB, recruits for Rajasthan government posts such as Patwari and Village Development Officer.
Its photo limit, 50 to 100 KB, is larger than most exams, so a photo resized for another form is usually too small. The tool makes a 350 × 450 px photo, inside the 240 × 320 to 480 × 640 px range the guideline allows.
The signature goes in a 7 × 2 cm box, wider than the usual 3.5 × 1.5 cm. The tool makes it 420 × 120 px, inside the allowed 280 × 80 to 560 × 160 px. The guideline says a signature photographed on a mobile phone isn't accepted, so scan it if you can.
Your photo and signature are checked against you at the exam, so use a recent photo.

Why was my upload rejected even though the size was right?
Portals also check things a resizer can’t fix: a blurred or old photo, a face that is too small, caps or dark glasses, a coloured background, or a signature in capital letters. Retake the image if any of these apply.
Is it safe to use this tool?
