Which forms need a PDF under 300 KB
These uploads on the exams we cover have a maximum that this page fits. Each row links to the exam page, which also sets the exact pixel size.
| Exam | Upload | Allowed size |
|---|---|---|
| UPSC | Matriculation and name-change certificates | 50 to 300 KB |
| NEET UG | Category and Class X documents | 50 to 300 KB |
| JEE Main | Class 10 certificate or marksheet | 50 to 300 KB |
Tips for a PDF that fits and stays readable
- Photograph each page flat and in daylight, then crop off the background. Dark edges and shadows add size without adding anything useful.
- Put pages in the order the form expects, for example front then back of an ID card.
- If the PDF only just fits, remove pages the form doesn't ask for rather than squeezing the quality further.
- Open the downloaded PDF once and zoom in to check that names, numbers and seals can still be read.

Questions people ask
How do I make one PDF from several photos?
Add all the images, put them in order with the arrows, and tap Make PDF. Each image becomes one page.
How can I get the PDF under the size limit?
Pick the limit from the list. The tool lowers image quality and page resolution only as much as needed to fit.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is built inside your browser, so certificates and ID proofs stay on your device.
