Questions people ask

Why does the form say my photo is smaller than 10 KB?

Many portals set a minimum as well as a maximum. Phone photos that were compressed by WhatsApp or a resizer often end up below it. This page brings the file up to 10 KB without changing the image.

Will a padded file be rejected?

No. The file is a normal JPG that opens everywhere. Portals check its size, format and sometimes pixel dimensions, and all three stay valid.
